Dive into a much-need diversion during your 10-hour day this summer with InnoBreak at Meriam Library! Every Tuesday from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm we will provide an entertaining event, craft, or short films to help you escape the confines of your workspace and engage your brain in something other than schedules, spreadsheets, and signatures. Bring your lunch and head over to Meriam Library!
Get ready for the final crunch with coffee and snacks on Meriam Library's 4th floor! We will be hosting hot java and assorted treats to help you be prepared Tuesday, May 5, Wednesday, May 6, and Monday, May 11 from 9 am to 2 pm. Stop by and refuel!
Honor the '70s by making a cool macrame plant hanger! We will teach you the simple basic knots, provide the rope, and wooden rings. There might even be some funky beads to add a little glam. We'll use a standard 6-inch pot as a guide, but feel free to bring in a pot you would like to use (so the measurements are right). Snacks will be provided and we look forward to seeing you there!

There's a multitude of fun and creative ways to use the humble pom pom to brighten up your life while accessing skill-building activities that can be fostered in our Innovation Lab. Materials and snacks will be provided, but if you have yarn at home that you would like to use, please feel free to bring it in!
