Get ready for the final crunch with coffee and snacks on Meriam Library's 4th floor! We will be hosting hot java and assorted treats to help you be prepared Tuesday, May 5, Wednesday, May 6, and Monday, May 11 from 9 am to 2 pm. Stop by and refuel!
Honor the '70s by making a cool macrame plant hanger! We will teach you the simple basic knots, provide the rope, and wooden rings. There might even be some funky beads to add a little glam. We'll use a standard 6-inch pot as a guide, but feel free to bring in a pot you would like to use (so the measurements are right). Snacks will be provided and we look forward to seeing you there!

Celebrate Earth Day and discover Meriam's Seed Library! Join us Monday, April 20 from 3–4 pm in the Innovation Lab to plant seeds from our collection, paint a clay pot, and enjoy free mocktails. There's a multitude of fun and creative ways to use the humble pom pom to brighten up your life while accessing skill-building activities that can be fostered in our Innovation Lab. Materials and snacks will be provided, but if you have yarn at home that you would like to use, please feel free to bring it in!
