Zotero is a free (up to 300 MB of storage), easy-to-use tool to help you collect, organize, annotate, cite, and share research. Save PDFs, attach notes and images to your citations, and organize citations into collections for different projects. Zotero connects with your web browser to download sources. Learn the basics in this quick 30-minute workshop. Perfect for use in your final research project.

- 653 total reference questions at the Reference Desk
- 389 in-person, of which 130 required a librarian (33%)
