Meriam Library is proud to celebrate the national recognition of our Communications and Marketing Coordinator, Ann Wilson, whose promotional design work received a 2026 PR Xchange Award from the American Library Association.
The award-winning submission, Nothing to be Afraid of Bookmarks, earned honors in the category “Materials Promoting Collections, Services, Resources” for libraries with budgets between $1 million and $5 million.
Hosted by the American Library Association, the PR Xchange Awards recognize excellence in library marketing, communications, and public relations work from libraries across the country. With 236 entries submitted in 2025, this year's PR Xchange Awards were especially competitive.
The award will be on display at the 2026 ALA Annual Conference in Chicago this June. The bookmarks will be formally recognized during the PR Xchange awards ceremony June 27.
